Privacy

CreatorKids is used by children. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell any of it.

The short version

• The parent holds the account. Children never register, never give us an email, never set a password.
• We ask for a child's first name only — so the app can say hello. Never a surname, age, birthday, school, address, or photograph.
• Your child never gets an account with an AI company. All generation runs on our servers, with our keys.
• Nothing your child makes is public. Ever, unless you explicitly opt in.
• We do not advertise to children, and we do not use anyone's data to target ads.
• We do not sell data. There is no third party we share it with for their own purposes.

What we actually store

From the parent:

• Your email address — to sign in, send your access code, and email you before you are charged.
• Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

From the child:

• Their first name.
• The descriptions they type, and the pictures those produce.
• Which lessons they have watched and finished.

We keep the descriptions children type. We do this for one reason: a person reviews them for safety. It is how we find what our automatic filters missed. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or training any model.

How the AI works

When your child describes a character, that description is checked against a safety filter, then sent from our server to our image provider using our account. The picture comes back, is checked again, and is stored on our server against your family's account.

Your child never creates an account with an AI provider, never agrees to anyone else's terms, and their descriptions are never attached to an identity outside CreatorKids.

Who can see your child's work

You and your child, when signed in. Our staff, when reviewing for safety or answering your support request. Nobody else. Images are served only to a signed-in member of your family — a link on its own is not enough.

Your rights as a parent

You can, at any time, ask us to:

• Show you everything we hold about your child.
• Delete it. All of it, including their pictures.
• Stop collecting anything further, while keeping or closing the account.

Reply to any email from us, or write to hello@creatorkids.club. We will act within 30 days, and normally within two working days.

How long we keep things

• Creations and portfolio: while your account is open, and 30 days after you close it, so an accidental cancellation is recoverable.
• Safety logs: 12 months.
• Billing records: as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

One: a signed cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers inside the signed-in app.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will email you before it takes effect — not quietly update this page.
